Lead change management and deployment for a multi-year digital transformation program. Develop ADKAR-based change strategy, consolidated program roadmaps, stakeholder analysis, communications, training architecture, and sponsorship strategies while managing resources and ensuring people-centric ROI.

Lead integration and test of complex electronic systems from hardware/software/firmware through aircraft installation. Develop and execute test plans, procedures, automation, and reports; perform system integration, design verification, qualification, and EMI testing in labs or field. Collaborate across disciplines, troubleshoot issues, and support lifecycle systems engineering.

Lead software test planning and execution: translate requirements into verification/test objectives, develop integration test plans and procedures, execute qualification and acceptance tests, design software-specific test methods/equipment, collaborate with systems and development teams, act as Cognizant Engineer and interface with customers and stakeholders.

Serve as subject-matter expert for mechanical subsystems (actuators, hinges, flight controls, gear/brakes). Respond to subsystem needs, develop test/troubleshooting/maintenance procedures, perform analyses and data verification, lead mechanical design and produce manufacturing-ready documentation, manage supplier technical performance, own subsystem requirements, and lead design reviews to ensure performance, mass, stiffness, lifecycle, and environmental compliance.

Manage and track inventory and critical defence assets, support lifecycle and disposal activities, collaborate with engineering, warehouse and customer teams, troubleshoot supply chain issues, monitor stock movement and provide performance insights using ERP systems.

Lead day-to-day supply chain and subcontract execution for the Sentinel Flight Systems segment. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, improve GSC processes, support the GSC PM, train personnel, set procurement/priorities, align subcontract support, organize supplier data, produce program-level briefings, and focus on financial forecasting and MRP-driven requirements fulfillment.
