Provide first-level technical support and 24x7 operations for C2BMC-G systems, monitor systems, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, document events, assist with user account maintenance, and follow leadership tasking for operations, tests, and real-world events.

Plan and coordinate preparation and control of project documentation, review contracts for documentation requirements, analyze proposed design changes, validate CDM SOW and DD-1423/CDRL/SDRL correlations, manage supplier data deliverables and accounts, support supplier management, and coordinate modification records for configuration control and contract compliance.

Lead EMI/EMC hardware design and analysis for subsystem-level electrical circuits. Develop EMI/EMC requirements, perform modeling, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting using PSPICE and CAE tools to verify compliance to MIL-STD and DO-160 standards. Provide technical leadership for metrology lab activities: develop calibration standards and methods, perform uncertainty analysis, evaluate and recommend measurement equipment, train technicians, support calibrations and troubleshooting, and ensure traceable, accurate measurement processes.

Support systems engineering activities for the C2BMC missile defense program: perform requirements engineering, use case development, logical architecture modeling, interface definition, and verification tasks while working on-site as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Design and integrate full flight test instrumentation systems for test air vehicles, including data capture, networking, power distribution, command/control, and RF telemetry. Define system requirements, produce electrical schematics and cable assemblies, select equipment, support airworthiness certification, manage configuration, and support fabrication, installation, checkout, and first flight. Interface with subsystem engineers and participate in change boards and risk identification.

Lead and direct systems engineering across the SDS Division by establishing common processes, tools, MBSE and digital engineering practices, training, audits, and technical review authority; manage engineering tools, staffing, budgets, and competency development; coordinate with programs, HR, sector leaders, industry and academia; support rotation programs, STEM/university engagement, and digital engineering transformation.

Manage hardware configuration records, establish and document change orders, ensure release documentation meets quality and contractual requirements, review engineering change data, and coordinate changes across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and support teams.

Design, implement, integrate, test, and sustain safety-critical embedded real-time software for flight and mission systems. Contribute across SDLC and DevOps, use RTOS platforms, static/dynamic analysis, CI/CD, and scripting to support modernization and sustainment programs.

Lead cybersecurity engineering for cloud and on-premise systems: design and implement security tooling, assess and validate controls per NIST/DoD RMF, produce SSPs and POA&Ms, manage SIEM/IDS/IPS and vulnerability scanning, automate secure baselines, and serve as ISSE/Cyber SME ensuring compliance and program access.
