Lead architecture and implementation of manufacturing acceptance test software for EO/IR LRUs and system-level testing. Collaborate with IPT to capture requirements, integrate, validate, and release test software, develop test documentation and procedures, review product testability, and support production troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Produce and revise detailed part, assembly, and installation production drawings using CAD tools; generate BOMs and drawing notes; apply engineering drawing standards and GD&T; support manufacturing, inspection, and configuration control; propose manufacturability improvements; perform peer reviews and audits; and maintain controlled release of drawings. On-site role with up to 25% travel and required government clearance.

Design, develop, and implement test methods and equipment for RF and digital hardware. Troubleshoot hardware, analyze test data and yields, support manufacturing test improvements, train technicians, and collaborate with engineering and program teams to drive root cause and corrective actions.
