Serve as a COMSEC subject matter expert supporting government and engineering stakeholders. Leads engineering change-management activities for the Sentinel ICBM program, including technical impact assessments, change-package development, implementation strategies, bills of material, schedules, configuration-baseline compliance, and status reporting. Coordinates with engineering stakeholders, Integrated Product Teams, manufacturing, suppliers, and program leadership. Supports risk reduction, subcontractor oversight, and documentation compliance while ensuring engineering changes meet mission timelines and DoD standards.

Leads technical execution for mission-specific spacecraft throughout the program lifecycle, from architecture and requirements through integration, testing, launch, and on-orbit operations. Coordinates cross-disciplinary teams and interfaces with customers, engineering leadership, mission assurance, payload, and launch vehicle teams. Leads milestone reviews, engineering boards, risk management, verification strategies, and technical deliverables while mentoring junior engineers and driving process improvements.

Supports Earned Value Management System implementation for major subcontracts and general procurement. Responsibilities include preparing month-end reports, developing estimates at completion, maintaining cost and schedule baselines, analyzing variances, preparing budgets and schedules, conducting financial analyses, supporting control account managers and integrated product teams, and assisting with audits, reviews, and recovery planning.

Support and lead systems engineering for spacecraft subsystems, payloads, and vehicles across the engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements development and verification planning, interface definition, specifications, trade studies, mission analysis, configuration control, integration and testing, launch readiness, and on-orbit operations support. The role also involves technical documentation, engineering reviews, configuration modeling, test development, and communicating complex technical concepts across multidisciplinary teams.

Design, architect, develop, integrate, test, and administer embedded real-time software for flight and mission-critical systems. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams, resolve system and programming issues, and deliver software products across multiple baselines. The role requires C, C++, Python, RTOS, multithreaded development, software integration and testing, and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Leads scheduling management and earned value scheduling processes for space programs. Develops and maintains integrated master schedules, supports baseline reviews, schedule risk assessments, health metrics, critical path analysis, program startups, kickoff packages, proposals, and pipeline reviews. Serves as a scheduling tools and process subject matter manager, coordinates automated scheduling software, provides training and guidance, and collaborates with technical and business teams. The role is onsite in Redondo Beach, California, requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, and involves 10% travel.
