Designs complex multilayer PCB layouts from component placement through routing, ensuring signal integrity, power distribution, EMC, thermal, and manufacturability requirements. Responsibilities include developing security architectures and requirements, ensuring JSIG and DAAPM compliance, supporting security testing and authorization activities, maintaining security plans and POA&Ms, assessing exportability, and applying reverse engineering, anti-tamper, cyber resiliency, and hardware/software assurance techniques. The role requires collaboration across program and business development teams, strategic cybersecurity planning, and full lifecycle systems engineering from architecture through verification and validation.

Serve as a COMSEC subject matter expert supporting government and engineering stakeholders. Leads test programs, reviews test data, supports design reviews, conducts trade studies, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. Provides peer reviews, technical mentoring, and customer briefings while supporting qualification, acceptance, characterization, and off-nominal testing.

Manages configuration control and change processes for the Sentinel ICBM program. Responsibilities include facilitating review boards, maintaining configuration libraries, coordinating engineering and contract data releases, tracking change packages, performing status accounting and audits, managing supplier data requirements, supporting configuration-management tools, and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders. Requires defense contract knowledge, configuration-management expertise, Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Leads engineering change-management activities for the Sentinel ICBM program, including technical impact assessments, change-package development, implementation strategies, bills of material, schedules, configuration-baseline compliance, and status reporting. Coordinates with engineering stakeholders, Integrated Product Teams, manufacturing, suppliers, and program leadership. Supports risk reduction, subcontractor oversight, and documentation compliance while ensuring engineering changes meet mission timelines and DoD standards.
