Lead technical execution for Loads & Environments (L&E) work on solid rocket motor programs. Create and manage level‑4 plans, coordinate IPTs and customers, drive technical decisions, manage risks, ensure requirements compliance, support propulsion systems, and produce/release engineering documentation. Systems Engineer responsible for defining requirements, interfaces, and MBSE/Cameo models for satellite ground systems. Works in Agile scrums to drive feature development, integrate and test software, automate verification, produce engineering artifacts, conduct demos/briefings, and support lifecycle milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Implement and manage site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, perform job hazard analyses, conduct incident investigations and trainings (crane, lift, fall protection, forklift), perform internal inspections, review construction plans, integrate EHS into designs, and interface with regulators and management.

Design and implement HW/SW test and instrumentation solutions including real-time data analytics, UI/UX, instrument drivers, firmware, and SW/HW integration. Support requirements verification, anomaly investigation, process automation, and design-to-cost considerations in an Agile environment.
