Lead human factors engineering for military aircraft: evaluate requirements to MIL-STD-1472, perform task/workload/usability analyses, plan and run pilot-in-the-loop and verification tests, perform anthropometric and accessibility assessments, author HFE program/test artifacts and CDRLs, collaborate with IPTs, and support airworthiness and compliance.
