Design and support precision mechanical components for inertial navigation systems. Create drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions; develop and execute vibration/thermal/shock tests; provide production support, root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate across engineering, program management, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure high-reliability inertial products.

Lead development of system architectures and CONOPS using MBSE (DODAF/SysML). Perform functional decomposition, requirements development and allocation, interface definition, trade studies, timeline and performance analysis, and produce SysML/DODAF viewpoints to ensure system requirements meet customer needs.

Develop, integrate, test and maintain desktop/web applications and Java microservices; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with SW, HW and test teams; identify technical risks and report to leadership; work in an Agile, process-oriented environment. On-site in San Diego, requires Top Secret clearance and up to 25% travel.

Lead performance analysis and architecture of liquid cooling and thermal‑fluid subsystems for a flying test bed. Perform subsystem performance modeling, system‑level test planning/execution, integration and troubleshooting of LCS/ECS/fuel/avionics cooling, present results to stakeholders, manage cost/schedule, and mentor junior engineers.
