Design and develop system architectures and CONOPS using model-based systems engineering. Perform functional and requirements analysis, timeline and trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, and automation workflow development to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications and evaluate system performance.

Manage lab design engineering for multiple C2 test labs: develop requirements, create/release electrical and mechanical drawings, oversee procurement/build, control cost and schedule, and lead a 5–15 engineer team.

Support C2BMC Global integration by integrating JEMINI lab test suites, creating test configurations, developing and automating scripts (Bash/Python/Ansible), troubleshooting test and prototype issues, producing procedures and workarounds, and reviewing system, network, and test documentation to support software integration and testing.

Plan, schedule and lead ground test events for aircraft systems. Author test work authorizations, develop procedures with Responsible/System Test Engineers, execute tests, supervise technicians, perform post-test data processing and analysis, provide first-line engineering support for maintenance/repairs/modifications, interpret results, and recommend alternate compliance approaches. Support TRRs and test documentation.

Design and lead development of tooling, drill and assembly jigs, and dies using CATIA/NX. Produce 3D CAD models and ASME-compliant drawings, perform tolerance analysis, lead fabrication and implementation, investigate failures, ensure manufacturability, mentor engineers, and coordinate with internal/external customers to meet production requirements.
