Lead and support proposal development by compiling cost, schedule, and technical inputs. Build cost models, analyze historical data, coordinate cross-functional fact-finding, participate in should-cost/pricing reviews, and support contract negotiations for proposal teams.

Lead development and execution of vehicle-level integration, test, and checkout for the Sentinel (GBSD) AVE OBTE. Lead systems engineering for the Sentinel program: develop use cases, define and allocate requirements, create system architecture and interfaces using MBSE (Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody), ensure verification/validation and requirements traceability, and produce model-based artifacts and processes.

Manage a Systems Engineering section (8–12 ICs) for the SDS portfolio, providing mentorship, performance management, process training, and staffing. Spend ~20% on functional homeroom duties and ~80% on technical systems engineering work on Sentinel/ICBM programs. Apply MBSE (Cameo), DOORS requirements management, verification planning, and interface definition to support program engineering and integration.
