Lead operational aspects of production projects, acting as liaison between project management and operations. Manage schedules, budgets, status reporting, and multi-project coordination. Lead the DMSMS team to execute SOWs for Product Support, proactively identify and mitigate obsolescence risks, coordinate across programs/contracts and suppliers, manage budget/schedule/quality, and liaise with leadership and the customer.

Design aircraft EWIS schematics and select aircraft-grade conductors, connectors, backshells, relays, switches, and termination hardware per SAE AS-50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. Apply EMI shielding and separation, develop wiring layouts using ECAD tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics Capital, Zuken), coordinate with harness fabrication shops, support troubleshooting, and participate in multidisciplinary reviews throughout the product lifecycle.

Adapt mobile control station software to a cloud environment: build IaC and cloud infrastructure, containerize services, implement instrumentation, integrate and secure systems, perform system testing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Software, Systems, Cloud, DevOps) in an Agile environment. On-site in El Segundo or San Diego; requires US government Secret clearance.

Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver propulsion-related spacecraft component contracts on cost and schedule. Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, proposals, contracts, risk/opportunity, customer relationships, staffing, and reporting. Implement program controls (EVM/IMS), conduct IPT leadership, and ensure compliance with internal processes while supporting business development and capture activities.

Design, develop, test, and research electronic equipment and systems for avionics applications including radar, communications, circuitry, analog/digital computers, and control/test equipment. Participate in integration tasks and collaborate across teams.

Provide executive-level administrative and office management support including calendar coordination, travel and expense processing (Concur), meeting facilitation (Zoom/Teams), procurement, filing, research and presentation preparation, and general mission support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism for a cleared/customs-border program.
