Lead a program team providing development and O&M support for business applications; manage resources, budgets, and performance for $25M+ programs; serve as primary customer liaison; coordinate technical and programmatic plans for 20+ new application functions; oversee schedule, staffing, and problem resolution. Develop, test, and deploy Java microservices and ETL pipelines within an AWS data workflow (Lambda, S3). Integrate systems via REST APIs, ingest and normalize multiple data sources, write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, monitor production applications, and produce technical documentation to support program reviews and system integration testing.

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, systems, and network hardware/software. Offer remote support via desktop mirroring and remote access tools, diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, and mentor junior staff. Position requires TS/SCI w/Poly and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems on AWS. Script in Java/Python, remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities, and improve system cost-efficiency. Build and maintain DevOps pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins), use Docker/Ansible, follow Agile Scrum, support clients, and implement cloud best practices and APIs/REST.

Provide 24x7 monitoring and event management for NIH infrastructure: investigate alerts, escalate to Tier 2, coordinate incident bridges, author outage communications and lessons-learned reports, and support proactive prevention and response activities.

Lead and support enterprise VMware virtualization environment: administer vCenter/ESXi, apply patches and DISA STIGs, automate with PowerCLI, develop SOPs, improve monitoring and processes, manage upgrades and DR participation, mentor team members, handle change management and incident queues, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
