Configure, test, characterize, and optimize HPC system networking components in a Linux environment. Develop Bash automation, write Python software, use containerization (Docker/PodMan/containerd), apply CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Git, and work with parallel programming concepts to support mission-critical government projects.

Lead and supervise shipboard construction and re-modernization tasks in shipyards and drydocks. Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership, manage contractors and staff, develop project plans and reports, liaise with customers and vendors, ensure deliverable quality, and participate in special projects.

Provide on-site IT support for desktops, systems, and cloud infrastructure, using remote access and desktop mirroring to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Maintain security posture, coach junior staff, and support mission-essential night shift operations at an Annapolis Junction site.

Lead and grow a UX team to deliver user-centered design across products. Define UX standards, drive strategy, collaborate with PMs and engineers, review designs, measure usability, and advocate for users.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware/software; deliver remote support using desktop mirroring and remote access tools; investigate and resolve cloud infrastructure issues; mentor junior staff as needed. Onsite at client site, requires TS/SCI with polygraph and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Operate and maintain AWS-based DoD cloud environments: build and configure VPCs, monitor with CloudWatch/CloudTrail/AWS Config, apply hardening baselines, support deployments using IaC (CloudFormation, Systems Manager), collect diagnostics for incident response, perform system administration, and coordinate with engineers and cybersecurity teams to improve reliability and compliance.
