Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET/C# and component-based front ends (Blazor/Angular/React). Perform full software lifecycle work, integrate front-ends with RESTful APIs and SQL Server, support COTS/GOTS, gather requirements from customers, and apply cybersecurity practices while working on-site with cleared programs.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of complex LAN/WAN/AIN networks for a defense/intelligence customer. Provide advanced troubleshooting, oversee network control center, implement security measures, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate multi-team integrations. Ensure documentation, architecture, and stakeholder communications meet mission and program requirements.

Maintain and secure training network enclaves by implementing and monitoring security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, encryption, VPN), conducting scans and audits, producing RMF artifacts (POA&M, STIG checklists), updating eMASS, and ensuring compliance with DoD/NIST/Army cybersecurity policies to support ATO and continuous monitoring.
