Lead and manage a team of systems engineers supporting the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN). Responsibilities include systems engineering, architecture and development, engineering project management (cost, schedule, technical performance), design/prototyping/deployment/transition to operations, strategic assessments, network operations (NOC, LAN/WAN), and cybersecurity work including RMF, inspections, and planning support.

Provide 24x7 monitoring and event management for NIH infrastructure: investigate alerts, escalate to Tier 2, coordinate incident bridges, author outage communications and lessons-learned reports, and support proactive prevention and response activities.

Deploys multi-firewall solutions, VPNs (IPSec/remote), and works with routing protocols, QoS, multicast, and network monitoring to support intelligence-community operations.
