Administer and support enterprise storage for a secure DoD environment: install, configure, and maintain Everpure/ONTAP storage, manage LUNs/NFS/object stores, deploy VMs, perform patching, backups/replication (snapshots, SnapMirror), troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, ensure security compliance, and automate tasks via scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python).

Serve as Scrum Master and primary liaison between development team and government stakeholders. Manage schedule, budget, staffing, and scrum ceremonies; maintain ticketing and scrum boards; prioritize backlog; remove impediments; ensure compliance with enterprise technical directives and security accreditation; gather and document requirements; provide project updates, demos, training, and governance support; assist with customer support and DevOps documentation.

Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15, coordinate provisioning, configuration control, lifecycle sustainment, logistics data and metrics, supervise logisticians, and manage supply-chain and maintenance planning to meet Navy readiness requirements.

Administer subcontracts across pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout phases following FAR and company policy. Support proposal activities, solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals, analyze pricing, generate reports, liaise between program teams and suppliers, and maintain stakeholder communications. Provide contract interpretation, participate in special projects, and assist/coach less experienced staff as needed.

Manage and harden Advana environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code. Maintain CMDB and configuration baselines, detect and remediate drift, run CI/CD pipelines, integrate SIEM and monitoring, perform backups, disaster recovery, compliance validation, and incident-response coordination for DoD mission enclaves.

Provide onsite logistics support to upgrade ~5,800 cellular devices: process orders, receive shipments, update inventory, label and package devices, transport for tagging/activation, and deliver to customer Service Desk Tier 2 teams. Use inventory and office automation tools to track, report, and archive status and data.

Operate and maintain DoD AWS environments: build/modify VPCs and network components, monitor with CloudWatch/CloudTrail/AWS Config, apply security hardening, automate deployments with CloudFormation and Systems Manager, support releases, incident diagnostics, system administration, and collaborate with engineers and cybersecurity teams to improve reliability and compliance.

Lead a small technical team to design, implement, and improve workflows, data models, and dashboards supporting OPTN patient safety, membership, and compliance. Translate operational needs into requirements, collaborate with OPTN 360 and stakeholders, manage an agile roadmap, ensure data integrity and compliance (CUI, privacy, Section 508), and produce documentation and training materials.
