Designs, builds, and maintains secure data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines across unclassified and classified enclaves using Airflow, Spark, Glue, and Kafka. Implements schema mappings, data quality checks, encryption and access controls, supports Tier-2/3 incident response, documents workflows in Confluence/GitLab/SharePoint, and produces operational metrics to improve pipeline reliability and meet DoW cybersecurity requirements.

Design, implement, and sustain enterprise authentication and federation services (PingFederate and related platforms) to provide SSO, MFA, PKI/certificate-based auth, federation with IdPs/SPs, and identity assurance for enterprise, partner, coalition, and edge/DDIL environments. Troubleshoot complex identity issues, develop integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed/JWT), support onboarding, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to support Zero Trust and mission readiness.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise PKI systems and certificate services. Manage CAs, RAs, and HSMs; enforce PKI policies; perform audits for compliance; monitor infrastructure health; troubleshoot certificate and PKI issues; and automate workflows using scripting. Role requires Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 5+ years' related experience.

Operate, secure, and sustain Windows server and client platforms across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Perform Tier II/III troubleshooting and root cause analysis, manage AD/GPO/certificate services, maintain STIG/HBSS compliance, execute patching and vulnerability remediation, support virtualization, and coordinate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure high-availability and secure enterprise operations.

Lead a mission-critical satellite ground systems program: oversee schedule, resources, risk, performance, engineering integration, sustainment, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring personnel and asset security.
