Lead feature development, code reviews, IaC/immutable infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD and automated testing integration, compliance/STIG hardening, observability, and cross-team DevSecOps collaboration to ensure mission resilience and performance.

Administer, install, configure, and maintain enterprise VMware vSAN/vSphere environments. Monitor performance, security, patches, capacity, and datastores. Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, manage storage networking (SAN/NAS), support VM deployments, and automate tasks with PowerShell/PowerCLI in multi-site data center environments.

Provide on-site Tier 1/2 help desk support: respond to user inquiries, log and resolve hardware/software/network issues, install and update software, assist with account/password resets, maintain IT asset inventory, document solutions and knowledge-base articles, escalate complex incidents, and mentor junior staff. Work scheduled evenings; maintain security and compliance and report incidents.

Designs, deploys, and maintains secure AWS cloud infrastructures for DoD mission systems. Implements monitoring (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config), infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Systems Manager), and automated deployment pipelines. Performs system administration, hardening, incident response support, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to sustain operational readiness and compliance.

Architect and implement enterprise API management for the Advana platform using Google Cloud and Apigee across classified enclaves. Define API lifecycle, security/authentication flows, routing, throttling, and mediation policies. Lead architecture/design sessions, troubleshoot complex integrations (identity, legacy apps, microservices, cross-domain transfers), and deliver workshops and documentation to standardize API practices, deployments, and governance to meet performance, security, and interoperability requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications supporting an insider-threat detection program. Perform all SDLC phases, analyze requirements, create models, update/debug software, produce project reports, and advise on documentation and maintenance. Work onsite for a US intelligence customer.
