Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes enterprise SQL Server and Oracle database environments. Responsibilities include backup/recovery and DR planning, performance tuning, security and patching, migrations and upgrades, cloud deployments (OCI/Azure/AWS), automation, documentation, on-call support, and mentoring junior DBAs while leading assigned projects.

Work onsite with TS/SCI polygraph clearance.

Provide systems administration and network support for LAN/WAN environments, manage data and databases, implement security procedures, design and maintain interfaces, perform installations and troubleshooting, and support drone/UAS program technologies while training users and assisting project planning.

Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics workflows, develop advanced Tableau dashboards for operational and executive reporting, translate complex data into clear visual stories, partner with engineering and analytics teams to productionize dashboards, and support platform performance and data integrity.

Provide full‑stack application development and database administration for CSD enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with government SDP/SRS, coordinate designs with the Government Task Lead, perform testing, troubleshooting, backups, upgrades, and RMF documentation. Manage Oracle and SQL Server databases, Azure PaaS environments, deploy to staging, deliver queries/reports, support after-hours incidents, and attend required meetings and briefings.

Lead development and management of the program master schedule and integrated cost/schedule baselines. Support scope, schedule, cost, risk, and PMO activities, generate EAC forecasts, maintain risk register, drive program performance, and produce management briefings. Partner with program leadership to implement continuous improvement and return-to-green plans.

Provide enterprise endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and sustainment support. Administer endpoint management platforms (MECM/Intune), perform OS imaging and application packaging, enforce secure configurations and encryption, manage patch and vulnerability remediation, monitor endpoint health, and provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and documentation while collaborating with engineering and cybersecurity teams.

Lead endpoint automation and analytics for enterprise desktop environments. Build scripts and automation (PowerShell, SQL/SQLite), integrate endpoint tools with Splunk, create dashboards and alerts, analyze performance data, automate remediation, and collaborate with operations and service desk teams to improve end-user experience.
