Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for desktop, systems, and network hardware and software. Design, migrate, and optimize on-premises systems to Azure; administer Microsoft 365 services; implement IaC with Terraform; automate with PowerShell/Python; enforce cloud security and compliance; provide post-migration support, documentation, and on-call coverage.
