Lead ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM deployments for a DHS IT customer: gather requirements, design solutions, manage developers/testers, integrate ITSM processes (Change, SACM, Release), provide metrics, training, and leadership to meet contract deliverables.

Design, deploy, and maintain distributed web applications and infrastructure. Implement CI/CD with GitLab, manage containers with Docker Swarm, provision VMs via Terraform, automate with Ansible, monitor systems, troubleshoot outages, and participate in a rotating on-call pager schedule supporting mission-critical government systems.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 mission IT support onsite, including remote desktop troubleshooting, VTC (Teams/WebEx/Skype), hardware/software deployment, ticketing, and customer service while adhering to security policies.

Onsite in Tysons, VA; requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship.

Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot the GHOSTGEM software suite. Implement, test, and integrate applications with COTS and FOSS products. Build scripts, services, and CI/CD pipelines; work with containers, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and source control in a secure (TS/SCI w/ polygraph) government environment.

Develop, configure, and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy applications using Developer and Innovation Studio. Build workflows, forms, REST/API/WebService/LDAP integrations, data imports, and digital workplace offerings. Support incidents, change management, demos, requirements gathering, testing, and sprint delivery. Maintain production, follow change control, participate in on-call rotation and Agile ceremonies, and drive continual service improvement.

Develop, configure, and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy applications (forms, workflows, APIs, LDAP, data imports). Gather requirements, produce design/test documentation, support production changes, participate in Agile sprints and on-call rotation, and provide customer demos and sustainment support while adhering to change control and performance SLAs.

Provide program support for worldwide deployment and redeployment of personnel, coordinating onboarding, travel, medical and security readiness, logistics, and finance. Maintain trackers and reports, prepare briefings, support PMO meetings, identify risks/issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, logistics, finance, security, and operations to ensure timely, compliant deployments.

Provide 24/7 Windows desktop and AV support for NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/SAP environments. Manage virtual machines and management consoles, ensure DISA STIG compliance, troubleshoot hardware/software, administer print services, maintain documentation, perform recovery testing, and support mission operations onsite with shift and after-hours coverage.
