Leads the development and operation of the Pledge Insurance Network, including recruiting and onboarding independent agency partners, negotiating agreements, coordinating carrier appointments, integrating agency business, and managing member relationships. Oversees agency training, tools, digital presence, financial processes, network offerings, and performance improvement while driving membership growth and service delivery.

Supports enterprise data standards and data model changes, creates database definition language scripts, implements database updates, and develops scripts for loading, correcting, and extracting data. Collaborates with product owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and resolve issues. This is an on-site summer internship for an undergraduate student studying computer science, data science, MIS, or a related technical field.

Manages BI reporting development and delivery, including project scope, prioritization, schedules, requirements, dependencies, risks, releases, testing, and stakeholder communication. Leads BI team members, coordinates data warehouse priorities with IT and analytics stakeholders, oversees business requirements, and drives process improvements and documentation. Requires 4–8 years of project management experience and team leadership.
