Manage strategic customer relationships for WaveMark’s healthcare supply chain SaaS platform. Demonstrate customer value and ROI, drive renewals and expansion, identify growth opportunities, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and coordinate deployments and implementations with internal teams. The role requires executive-level communication, project and change management, healthcare supply chain expertise, data-driven storytelling, and travel to customer and internal meetings.

Sells capital diagnostic equipment to clinical laboratories across California, Oregon, and Washington. Manages lead generation, financial modeling, manufacturer collaboration, demonstrations, negotiations, pipeline development, and the full sales cycle across laboratory diagnostic systems. Lead end-to-end project management for clinical integrations and strategic initiatives across cCare sites. Develop project charters and plans, manage budgets, track milestones, liaise with operational, technical, and clinical leadership, facilitate steering committees, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role involves managing SAP functionalities for Pharma sector, leading design workshops, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance and KPI management.
