Lead fund administration for mutual funds and ETFs including product implementation, board and regulatory reporting, NAV and treasury oversight, vendor management, incident response, and maintenance of controls to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Provides quantitative and analytical support to portfolio managers, business unit directors, and the Chief Investment Office. Responsibilities include organizing portfolio data, completing recurring and ad hoc investment analyses, modeling asset-liability risks, supporting benchmark construction and trade analysis, evaluating capital and yield positioning, and explaining portfolio performance drivers. Lead the US headquarters expense management and consolidation for Transamerica Inc. subsidiaries. Build monthly expense reporting processes, analyze variances, support close activities, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Develop and execute chargeback models, partner with tax and business leaders, coordinate subsidiary reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities while producing executive-ready financial outputs.

Perform monthly investment accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, suspense monitoring, and system data quality checks in Clearwater Analytics. Analyze financial and attribute data to support US GAAP, statutory, and IFRS reporting, troubleshoot complex discrepancies, prepare reports for senior leadership, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders. Participate in projects and maintain internal control compliance.

Lead global procurement technology strategy, platforms, integrations, and engineering teams for source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes. Drive modernization, cloud/SaaS adoption, automation, analytics, AI/GenAI initiatives, vendor and ERP integrations, data governance, DevOps practices, and production stability while partnering with procurement, finance, security, and enterprise architecture to ensure compliance, controls, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of a cloud-native investment data platform and analytics capabilities. Define data strategy, governance, and architecture; build pipelines and lakehouse/warehouse solutions; deliver portfolio, risk, and performance visualizations; partner with investment and product teams; hire and mentor data engineers and visualization experts; drive automation and AI-enabled investment insights.

Review and approve life insurance applications, applying risk selection, underwriting judgment, and financial analysis. Mentor and lead underwriting staff, improve processes (Lean), consult with New Business and distribution teams, and make and defend complex case decisions within delegated approval limits.

Serve as subject-matter expert for World Financial Group (WFG) operations systems. Create queries and reports to support operations, perform system QA and root-cause analysis, write IT requests and define requirements, update webpages/forms, provide system training, and communicate project status with IT and stakeholders.
