Support execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls program: evaluate control design, document processes, assist SOX risk assessment and remediation, coordinate with auditors, and track control deficiencies to resolution.

Perform supervisory principal reviews for financial professionals, approving suitability and best-interest transactions across products (mutual funds, annuities, advisory accounts). Maintain and improve supervisory procedures, train staff, investigate inquiries, support regulatory audits, and contribute to systems and process improvement projects.
