The Senior Talent Development Consultant partners with leaders to diagnose organizational needs and design interventions to enhance leadership and team performance.

Serve as a subject matter expert for global consolidation and corporate reporting. Prepare and review consolidation entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules; coordinate with domestic and international finance teams; analyze consolidated results and communicate trends and risks; maintain reporting documentation and controls; and support internal and external audits and process improvements.

Conduct supervisory principal reviews for financial professionals across investment products, ensuring suitability and best-interest compliance. Monitor quality reports, resolve inquiries, develop training, maintain supervisory procedures, support regulatory audits, and contribute to regulatory technology and process-improvement projects. Provide investment product expertise while collaborating with operations and compliance teams.

Support fixed income portfolio management by building analytical models, conducting sector and issuer research, preparing deployment and strategic allocation analysis, monitoring portfolio compliance and risk limits, assisting due diligence and manager selection, and coordinating with actuarial, risk, and accounting teams using Excel and investment platforms.

Support execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls program: evaluate control design, document processes, assist SOX risk assessment and remediation, coordinate with auditors, and track control deficiencies to resolution.

The Product Strategist will manage product development and oversight of U.S. funds, including profitability analysis, market analysis, and representing the team in senior management discussions.

Prepares actuarial financial reports, IFRS 17 management information packages, analyses, exhibits, and management insights. Partners with valuation, investments, ALM, and product teams to explain financial performance, support U.S. GAAP reporting, develop methodologies, and address complex valuation issues. Provides technical actuarial guidance, communicates analytical findings to varied audiences, supports implementation initiatives, and represents the organization with industry groups and regulators.

Lead development and enhancement of operational risk methodologies, frameworks, and reporting. Translate risk data into decision-useful insights for leadership and the Board, advise on control effectiveness and risk acceptance, oversee issue management and remediation, embed ORM in business and technology initiatives, and promote continuous improvement and risk-aware culture across the enterprise.

Lead enterprise external communications and reputation strategy, manage crisis preparedness and response, build media relationships, advise senior leaders, draft executive communications, monitor media and emerging risks, and coordinate cross-functionally to protect and advance brand reputation.

Perform accounting, financial reporting and analysis (primarily IFRS), extract and consolidate data, support monthly/quarterly close, respond to management requests, update forecasts and reports, improve processes, and support internal controls and project work.
