Supports finance and accounting projects through financial analysis, business and data analysis, requirements documentation, process mapping, and research. The intern helps document current-state processes, define business and system requirements, analyze data transformation rules, support project deliverables, develop testing scenarios, and communicate solutions and impacts to business and technical teams. Applicants must be enrolled in an analytical degree program and possess Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Leads life insurance actuarial pricing and product functions, including profitability monitoring, assumption studies, regulatory compliance, pricing guidance, modeling, reserving, and product development. Presents actuarial analyses to management, evaluates market and regulatory developments, supports major recurring projects, and may represent the company with regulators or industry committees. The role may supervise employees and requires advanced actuarial judgment, communication, and analytical expertise.

Evaluates and adjudicates life and annuity claims for payment or denial under policy provisions and regulations. Reviews documentation, gathers information, communicates with claimants and professionals, investigates potential fraud, maintains compliance, supports contested claims, may testify in legal proceedings, and assists peers with claim processing and payment authorization.

Perform accounting, reporting, and financial analysis including data extraction, forecasting, modeling, client reporting, monthly close support, project work, and mentoring. Ensure internal controls and collaborate across departments to inform business decisions.

Leads sophisticated insurance liability, asset, derivative, portfolio, and balance-sheet modeling. Quantifies financial risks, analyzes market data, develops controls and reporting simulations, and improves modeling workflows. Collaborates with valuation, asset-liability management, risk, and financial reporting teams. Serves as a subject-matter expert, reviews colleagues’ work, manages research and modeling projects, mentors less-experienced staff, and recommends solutions to complex analytical and risk-management problems.

Provides legal counsel on public company reporting, securities compliance, SEC filings, NYSE requirements, insider trading controls, and capital markets transactions. Reviews investor and earnings communications, monitors regulatory developments, manages external law firms, advises internal stakeholders, and supports disclosure process improvements. Requires independent legal judgment in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Provides legal counsel for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions. Negotiates transaction documents, coordinates due diligence, supports regulatory approvals and post-acquisition integration, prepares executive materials, and manages external law firms. Advises in-house stakeholders on complex legal matters, exercises independent judgment, and collaborates with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Build and analyze sophisticated insurance, investment, asset-liability, and derivatives models. Quantify equity, interest-rate, credit, liquidity, cash-flow, and alternative-investment risks; analyze market data and portfolio statistics; and simulate financial reporting processes. Collaborate with valuation, ALM, risk management, and reporting teams, develop workflow controls, apply risk methodologies, improve modeling processes, conduct advanced research, and provide expertise and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
