Provide strategic leadership for treasury, capital markets, structured finance, and derivatives. Design and implement cloud-native AWS solutions, build CI/CD and IaC, develop serverless/containerized applications, optimize data storage and security, lead architecture, and collaborate across product and engineering teams.

Lead legal-entity accounting and reporting for assigned entities, prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and support consolidated reporting. Coordinate audits, regulatory filings, and cross-functional transactions, drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and mentor junior staff.

Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business needs: build apps, create fields, reports, dashboards, flows; document requirements and user stories; create test plans; assess impacts on connected systems; and support end users.

Manage a small BI team to design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions. Drive BI strategy, architecture, ETL and data warehouse development, liaise with business and technical stakeholders, mentor staff, and support BI tool evaluation and vendor selection.
