Leads strategic technology partnerships for Roche’s US diagnostics commercial and finance operations. Develops multi-year roadmaps across contracting, pricing, credit, incentives, fulfillment, supply chain, data, and AI. Aligns regional business goals with global architecture, drives innovation and transformation, manages executive stakeholders, resolves high-stakes organizational challenges, and advances enterprise technology adoption. The role requires extensive technology leadership, commercial operations expertise, and experience with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Conga, and Snowflake.

Provides advanced administrative and operational support to an executive leader and team. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event planning, budget and expense management, document preparation, confidential information handling, office operations, vendor coordination, systems administration, training, onboarding, and process improvement. The role serves as a central administrative resource across departments and supports large-scale projects and team initiatives.

Leads Roche’s Pharma Technical global learning strategy and team of Learning Business Partners and Experience Architects. Advises senior leaders, consolidates capability needs across manufacturing sites, drives enterprise learning transformations, and promotes competency-based, performance-centered learning. Establishes communities of practice, coaches teams, uses root-cause analysis to distinguish learning from process needs, and partners with Quality and Operations to improve business performance.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Roche’s digital and information solutions teams on data privacy, AI, software commercialization, cybersecurity, IT licensing, R&D, partnerships, and digital health projects. Drafts and negotiates complex agreements, develops privacy policies and legal strategies, supports global compliance, and trains teams on IT law and AI regulations.

Supports SAP and related business systems in manufacturing operations. Analyzes and resolves functional incidents, supports SAP MM, PP, and PP-PI processes, performs testing, documents standards, delivers training, and identifies process improvements. Acts as a functional bridge between business and IT while supporting production, logistics, master data, interfaces, and shop-floor execution.

Partners with Diagnostics Global Operations leadership to translate People & Culture strategy into scalable initiatives. Drives organizational transformation, talent and capability building, workforce strategy, organizational design, culture, engagement, retention, and leadership development across a global operations network. Collaborates with enabling teams and site leaders, uses data-driven insights to diagnose organizational needs, and leads change initiatives, work product teams, and cross-functional squads.

Provide end-to-end U.S. payroll tax administration and compliance, respond to tax notices and audits, manage tax filings and SUI updates, perform payroll operations (recoveries/severance), validate and test Workday payroll systems, apply Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis to improve processes, execute data audits, handle ServiceNow case management, and deliver training and stakeholder support for payroll tax matters.

Designs, fabricates, assembles, tests, and troubleshoots custom hardware, fixtures, breadboards, fluidic systems, and electromechanical devices for next-generation sequencing. Uses CAD, machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, metrology, and laboratory instruments to develop and optimize workflows, assays, and prototypes. Analyzes data, maintains equipment, resolves integration challenges, and collaborates with scientists and engineers in an onsite research and development environment.
