Analyzes and resolves logistics and warehouse operational issues across OMRON and third-party logistics providers. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse responsiveness, managing ServiceNow requests, tracking KPIs, maintaining performance records, identifying process gaps, analyzing Excel and reporting data, proposing solutions, and supporting continuous-improvement projects and implementations.

Manage day-to-day FTZ import/export operations and act as primary liaison with CBP and customs brokers. Oversee the development of industrial robots, managing projects from inception to launch while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
