Owns the end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, execution, and performance of a complex digital product within an AI program. Leads cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, clinical, and operational partners. Defines OKRs, manages backlogs, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, stakeholder alignment, user research, product discovery, and adoption outcomes while ensuring delivery supports business goals and user needs.

Supports Mayo Clinic business development and investment activities by evaluating opportunities, conducting financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, market research, and scenario analysis. Develops business plans, reports, and strategic materials; coordinates with internal teams, investment committees, executives, entrepreneurs, and external partners. Responsibilities may also include technology commercialization, licensing, intellectual property analysis, partnership development, portfolio management, governance, and post-deal reporting.

Supports supply chain logistics across receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, storage, records management, and product fulfillment. Resolves supplier, invoice, receipt, returns, and delivery issues; researches transaction discrepancies; manages requests and special handling requirements; supports medical product distribution, including controlled substances and hazardous materials. Uses reports to maintain data integrity, identifies processing delays, collaborates on solutions, follows regulations, and assists with continuous improvement projects.

Performs business analysis for multimedia distribution, digital asset management, and video streaming solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and validation plans, and supports Agile delivery. Conducts root-cause analysis, data analysis, dashboard and reporting development, and delivers actionable insights using tools such as Tableau and Denodo. May support Scrum ceremonies and manage mid-complexity projects.

Provides enterprise technical leadership for post-deployment AI/ML governance in regulated healthcare environments. Defines monitoring, measurement, reporting, risk, evidence, metric, threshold, and revalidation standards; reviews AI governance assessments; evaluates data, model, and system evidence; directs corrective actions and escalations; develops governance tools and standards; collaborates with technical, clinical, legal, vendor, and enterprise teams; and mentors engineers and analysts.

Supports the design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for clinical and healthcare applications. Works with multidisciplinary teams to analyze healthcare data, build machine learning systems, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support governance reviews, and apply quality, regulatory, usability, and risk-management practices under senior guidance.

Lead and manage the Security Operations Center including threat intelligence, fusion center, and radio/telephone dispatch. Oversee enterprise security technology standardization, monitoring, analytics, and implementation. Develop operational protocols, metrics, and incident/crisis response strategies. Supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with peers and stakeholders, and drive security policies, training, and continuous improvement across the organization. Travel up to 25% and support executive-level communications and reporting.

Supervises supply chain workflows, staffing, procurement, vendor relationships, and procure-to-pay processes. Leads operational improvements, financial reporting, audits, policy implementation, change management, and cross-functional projects. Oversees purchasing of supplies, equipment, services, and inventory while ensuring compliance, controlling expenses, mitigating financial and legal risks, and improving organizational performance. Provides institutional expertise on supply chain policies, coding, systems, reimbursement, and accounts payable issues.

Supports daily logistics operations, staff oversight, staffing activities, timecards, hiring, training, coaching, productivity improvement, process development, and service problem resolution. Maintains knowledge of the work area, optimizes technology use, communicates with staff and supervisors, and performs logistics functions while providing customer service.

Manages hospital account sales and services for Mayo Clinic Laboratories, generating new revenue and maintaining existing business. Builds long-term relationships with hospital executives, communicates laboratory value, develops account strategies, and leads cross-functional teams to meet customer and organizational initiatives. The role requires substantial travel throughout a defined territory, including occasional weekends, and focuses on account management, bids, contracts, client direction, and regulatory awareness.
