Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, interview coordination, offer support, recruiting analytics, and process improvement. The role develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, advises hiring managers using labor-market and compensation data, ensures candidate engagement, maintains accurate ATS records, and supports HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides timely, accurate customer and Certified Instructor support through telephone and email. Resolves inquiries, processes event registrations and product orders, handles credit card payments, makes outbound calls, generates renewal and certification leads, and maintains strong first-contact resolution. Uses CRM, Great Plains, and knowledge management systems while following CPI policies and PCI compliance standards. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, attendance, and collaboration skills.

Provide fast, accurate phone and email support to customers and Certified Instructors, process registrations and orders (including credit cards), use CRM/Great Plains/KMS, generate leads for instructor certification, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
