Manages supplier performance, negotiations, risk mitigation, procurement reporting, inventory optimization, and compliance. Leads and develops a small procurement team while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality on new product development, value engineering, and continuous improvement.

Drive sales growth across Texas and Latin America through new business development, strategic account management, agent and partner management, opportunity qualification, proposal follow-up, negotiation, and order closing. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data while supporting marketing, customer demonstrations, trials, presentations, and case studies. Requires regular customer and site travel, including extensive travel to South America, plus technical knowledge of powder handling and processing equipment.

Drive regional sales growth through new business development, lead generation, account management, opportunity qualification, proposal follow-up, negotiation, order closing, forecasting, and CRM management. Build customer relationships, coordinate site visits, demonstrations, and trials, support marketing activities, create customer materials, and provide technical guidance on powder handling and processing systems. The role is remote in the Upper Midwest with extensive regional travel to customer sites, events, headquarters, and a Canadian facility.

Supports daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and internal controls. The role also assists with budgeting, process improvements, and the transition from QuickBooks to JD Edwards while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Creates working drawings and blueprints for component manufacturing, including drawings based on customer samples and complex geometries. Maintains part revisions, drawing databases, document control systems, and routing documentation. Supports MRP system updates and engineering projects while applying blueprint reading, tolerancing, measurement, and basic mathematics skills. The role collaborates across teams, prioritizes multiple deadlines, and supports safety and quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Leads continuous improvement and new product introduction activities within manufacturing. Facilitates Kaizen and rapid improvement events, develops standard work, validates processes, supports design for manufacturability, and leads cross-functional product launches. Uses Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, capability studies, automation, and root-cause analysis to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and profitability. Also develops CI roadmaps, trains employees, tracks operational KPIs, and ensures sustainable adoption of quality and process improvements.

Support outside sales by generating quotations and software renewal quotes, updating CRM opportunities, processing orders, assisting vendor registrations, supporting lead management, participating in trade shows, and helping business growth initiatives while following safety requirements and providing excellent customer communication.
