The IT Operations Analyst II monitors and maintains data center systems, ensuring high availability, compliance, and effective incident resolution while supporting equipment provisioning and maintenance.

Serve as first point of contact for customers, investigate suspected fraud by analyzing transactions and records, gather evidence with internal/external teams, prepare detailed investigation reports, recommend actions, stay current on fraud detection techniques, and provide high-volume call customer service.

Identify trends and propose process improvements while ensuring SLA and governance compliance.

Manage, optimize, and secure enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Perform installs, upgrades, patches, migrations, monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery, disaster recovery testing, security/compliance, and production support. Collaborate with developers, document standards, and support performance optimization.
