Own end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensure SLA and contractual compliance, manage P&L and financial performance, serve as executive client escalation, lead multi-site delivery teams, enforce governance and risk mitigation, drive continuous improvement, automation, and growth while developing leadership and succession plans.
