Administer and report on Blackstone’s global equity compensation program. Responsibilities include valuing awards, analyzing equity holdings, managing plan operations, preparing forecasts and periodic reports, coordinating equity deliveries with Payroll and Tax, building financial models, and improving reporting and processes.

Leads enterprise risk oversight across complex credit, insurance, investment, and financing platforms. Responsibilities include assessing operational, financing, model, technology, third-party, cybersecurity, valuation, and regulatory risks; strengthening governance and controls; conducting thematic reviews; managing risk initiatives and cross-functional projects; preparing executive reporting; escalating material issues; and developing junior risk professionals.

Provide SIEM, SOAR, and security platform engineering support; develop detection content, dashboards, and automations; lead Tier 3 incident investigations and response; create configuration standards and documentation; provision cloud resources with infrastructure-as-code; maintain CI/CD, secrets, and EDR systems; ensure asset hardening and observability across the estate.

Conduct cyber threat intelligence analysis focused on financial-sector threats, producing reports, actor profiles, executive briefings, and visualizations. Extract and operationalize IOCs, map activity to MITRE ATT&CK, develop detections, assess vulnerabilities and attack-surface exposures, and coordinate remediation. Use AI and automation to scale intelligence workflows, support digital-threat monitoring, share intelligence with industry partners, and participate in incident response and the SOC on-call rotation.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies for private equity and infrastructure funds, including investment content, positioning, advisor narratives, collateral, campaigns, launches, and education. Partner with investment, sales, legal, compliance, design, digital, and regional marketing teams. Manage multiple initiatives, monitor market and competitive trends, and translate complex investment concepts into clear communications for sophisticated financial audiences.

Develops communications and content strategy for a multi-strategy hedge fund. Attends investment and product meetings, distills complex insights into client-facing presentations, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, scripts, and other materials. Partners with senior leadership, drafts and edits content, coordinates Legal and Compliance approvals, maintains content libraries and templates, and supports strategic initiatives through presentations and executive communications.

The role involves preparing responses for investors, liaising with fund teams, maintaining databases, assisting with materials, and overseeing offshore team work.

Build and maintain cloud-native, containerized front-office fixed-income trading and portfolio systems. Lead technical design, implement microservices and APIs, write automated tests, leverage CI/CD, mentor engineers, and collaborate with traders, PMs, and UX to deliver scalable, secure trading applications and data pipelines.
