Manage financial advisor and investor queries, lead due diligence coordination, oversee third-party providers, and support global investor services efforts while implementing efficient processes across funds.

Lead and manage fund formation legal matters for institutional funds across the fundraising lifecycle. Advise on LPAs, side letters, subscription documents, LP dynamics, governance, and investor relations; coordinate with outside counsel, business teams, and operations; mentor junior attorneys; and advise on regulatory issues (Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, ERISA, securities laws) and cross-border/offshore structuring.
