Provide first-line support for advisory teams by managing client transfers and rollovers into TIAA. Respond to client and carrier inquiries, maintain interaction records, escalate complex issues to senior specialists, and deliver excellent customer service while leveraging product and regulatory knowledge to ensure a seamless rollover experience.

Maintain product knowledge and required FINRA and state licenses.

Lead enterprise talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Own and execute the annual Executive Operating Committee Summit and additional leadership events. Design succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, and workforce effectiveness strategies. Partner with senior People and business leaders, leverage data analytics to measure impact, drive change management, and embed organizational values to strengthen the leadership pipeline and optimize structures.

Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to service and grow high-net-worth client relationships. Manage a book of clients, support implementation of financial plans, coordinate asset consolidation, and secure referrals. Obtain required FINRA registrations and insurance licenses within 120 days and clearly communicate investment and planning recommendations to advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Lead and execute communications for the CEO and executive committee: craft talking points, briefings, correspondence,staff appearances, and social media strategy. Provide strategic counsel, align messaging across businesses, and serve as the team lead for evaluating, governing, and driving adoption of AI tools consistent with responsible AI policies.

Support product marketing for retirement and investment products: develop positioning and messaging, execute go-to-market plans and campaigns, create multimedia content, coordinate launches, perform market research and P&L analysis, define KPIs and journey maps, and partner with Product, Distribution, Legal/Compliance, and Sales Enablement to drive acquisition and retention.

Lead integrated client teams to grow and retain institutional retirement plan relationships, identify sales opportunities, position lifetime income solutions, develop multi-year strategic plans using analytics and market knowledge, and deepen executive and consultant relationships to drive plan and participant outcomes.

Design and write AI-driven conversational experiences and dialogue flows. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, research, and compliance to create prompt libraries, intent mappings, fallback strategies, and on-brand messaging. Conduct content audits, SME interviews, testing, and iteration to improve intent recognition and response quality for web and mobile conversational assistants.
