Support state-specific product strategies for Personal Lines by performing financial planning, rate reviews, performance analysis, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare planning materials, track project timelines, communicate recommendations, and help maintain regulatory compliance to drive P&L performance and speed-to-market for product updates.

Develop and maintain relationships with licensed health insurance brokers to sell small-group (2-50) health products. Prospect, execute RFPs, manage full sales cycle, recruit/train producers, support enrollment, monitor agent performance, communicate product/rate changes, use internal sales tracking systems, and travel the territory (up to 20%). Obtain required Life/A&H license(s).

Represent Nationwide as lead or team trial counsel in property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation matters. Manage a mixed caseload, conduct litigation and trials, provide legal analysis and case valuations, collaborate with claims and support staff, stay current on law and procedure, and travel as needed.
