Lead strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations of LPL's container platform (primarily Amazon EKS). Build a self-service platform, drive cost-efficiency and SRE practices, expand runtimes (ECS/OpenShift), embed agentic AI, lead a globally distributed engineering team, participate hands-on in Terraform/Helm work, and serve as senior incident commander and people manager.

Lead smaller integrations independently and support larger acquisition integrations across HR workstreams to ensure consistent, efficient employee transitions and experience.

Lead technology strategy and architecture for Corporate Actions, Class Actions, and Securities Lending platforms. Oversee 20+ application teams to modernize legacy systems to cloud-native, API-first, service-oriented, and event-driven architectures. Champion AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and delivery governance. Drive vendor evaluations, cross-functional partnerships, engineering performance metrics, and talent development to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
