Technical lead for cloud-enabled advisor workstation development. Design, develop, and modernize AWS-based, cloud-native web applications and services using Angular, .NET, and SQL Server. Mentor developers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, produce SDLC documentation, and ensure solutions meet enterprise governance, scalability, performance, and reliability goals.

Provide trade support to financial advisors and clients in a call center environment: take high-volume inbound calls, place orders, resolve trade and settlement issues with market centers/exchanges, explain products, risks, fees and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with LPL policies.

Lead advisor transitions to LPL by consulting on business structure, creating transition strategies, providing technology and repapering training, handling account setup and funding tracking, and acting as the advisor's primary point of contact to resolve issues and drive adoption of LPL tools.

Provide operational trading support for mutual funds, UITs, and precious metals in an inbound call center. Handle order placement, research, corrections, escalations, and vendor/transfer agent coordination. Identify and remediate process and risk issues, support advisors and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and compliance.

Lead and develop a phone-based team of licensed financial advisors serving banks and credit unions. Drive sales performance, coach advisors, manage workforce and SLAs, monitor metrics, run quarterly business reviews, partner with institutional leaders, and improve advisor productivity and client acquisition.
