The Market President will lead strategic business development, manage parking operations, and build client relationships to drive Premium Parking's growth initiatives.

Support Compliance, Integrations, and Aggregator domains of a multi-tenant SaaS parking platform. Translate roadmap and stakeholder requests into clear user stories, maintain backlog hygiene, document requirements (RBAC, configurability), coordinate integrations, run UAT and defect triage, and track delivery against domain OKRs while progressing toward independent domain ownership.

Lead market growth by developing and executing business plans, driving new business through prospecting and RFPs, managing bids and client relationships, overseeing parking operations, and using CRM and proposal tools to prepare profit-driven proposals and maintain customer data.

Participate in a 12–15 week on-site rotational development program in New Orleans to train for an Account Manager role. Rotate through sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service; complete projects, present recommendations, receive executive mentorship, and build client and network relationships. Relocate to a U.S. market after program completion.
