The GM of VAS Partnerships will lead eBay’s commercial strategy for Value Added Services, managing partner relationships, P&L responsibility, and cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings and drive revenue growth.

Lead and execute U.S. campaign copy for enthusiast categories (Fashion, Collectibles, Motors, eBay Live). Write and edit on-brand copy across onsite, email, social, video, and events. Mentor junior writers and agencies, align messaging with marketing and product teams, approve deliverables, and present creative ideas supported by customer insights and performance data.

Lead product-minded delivery of eBay's recruiting technology ecosystem (Workday Recruiting core). Define roadmap, translate requirements into scalable solutions, configure and optimize Workday, support integrations, reporting, AI/automation use cases, production support, and change adoption across TA, IT, and vendors.

Partner with Payroll, People Operations, IT, and vendors to design, build, and support Workday-centered payroll integrations, automation, reports, and custom Workday Extend applications, ensuring compliance, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Lead international product strategy and roadmap for eBay Balance (stored-value wallet). Define market expansion, design end-to-end wallet experiences, launch features to drive activation, adoption, and spend, and measure success. Partner across engineering, design, analytics, operations, risk, legal, and finance to deliver scalable, compliant products tailored to regional customer and regulatory needs.

Lead strategy and operations for Global Analytics: manage planning and operating rhythms, craft executive narratives, promote AI product adoption, align cross-functional partners, measure impact, and scale analytics solutions across eBay.

Lead executive and enterprise communications for companywide initiatives, producing agendas, speaker prep, messaging, scripts, run-of-show, and post-event communications for senior leadership meetings, global town halls, and employee forums. Partner cross-functionally, apply AI and automation to improve workflows, measure effectiveness, and advise leaders to communicate priorities clearly.

Lead US Parts & Accessories category strategy and execution to grow GMV, improve inventory health, and expand catalog coverage. Partner cross-functionally to attract and retain buyers and sellers, lead seller strategy across enterprise and SMB segments, close supply gaps, and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions and operational execution.

Provide legal counsel and lead negotiation of commercial agreements (marketing, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, leases), assess and mitigate legal risk, develop trainings and playbooks, collaborate with privacy/security/procurement/finance, support special projects and new initiatives, and responsibly use AI tools to improve contract drafting and review.

Lead product for eBay Live buyer discovery and LIVE commerce: define vision and roadmap for personalization, recommendations, search/browse, and discovery surfaces; run data-driven experiments; set success metrics; and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to launch, measure, and iterate features that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
