As Director of AI Change Enablement at eBay, you will lead the AI transformation strategy, drive change management, and ensure employee adoption of AI initiatives across the enterprise, acting as a strategic partner to leadership.

Support and improve mechanical assembly and testing processes for card-sorting robotic platforms. Collaborate with technicians and support teams, design and implement card-handling tests, and own mechanical process and tooling improvements through prototype assembly, testing, and production support.

Lead eBay's global relationships with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, domestic networks). Drive commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle, network strategy, performance optimization, compliance, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Operations.

Lead applied research and product strategy for agentic shopping and conversational search. Lead product-focused delivery and continuous improvement of eBay's learning technology ecosystem (centered on Workday Learning). Define requirements, configure and integrate platforms, use data and AI to personalize learning, build reports and dashboards, provide production support, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and support adoption, compliance, and documentation.

The Compliance Director will lead AML compliance governance and new product advisory, ensuring regulatory alignment and comprehensive risk strategies for eBay's payment systems.

Lead the Shopping Intent CRM portfolio to define strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and measurement for email, push, and in-app lifecycle communications. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Recommendations, Analytics, CRM, and Design to improve personalization, trigger logic, ranking, suppression, and send-time optimization. Translate opportunities into PRDs, MVPs, experiments, and execution plans, and lead a small PM team to deliver measurable conversion outcomes.
