Supports wealth management advisors with meeting coordination, client service, onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, compliance records, trade processing, and account cash-flow management. The role also handles routine client inquiries, coordinates with internal departments, conducts research, supports projects, and maintains accurate client files and activity audits. This is a full-time winter co-op position providing hands-on experience in financial services.

Support treasury sales by developing client proposals, performing cost/benefit and profitability analyses, preparing relationship review materials and pitch books, coordinating with product and implementation partners, and managing pipeline, pricing, and billing to deliver cash management solutions.

Manages face-to-face relationships with commercial banking clients, providing advice and tailored solutions across accounts, operating services, credit, lending, and deposits. Uses prospecting and sales-planning tools to acquire clients, deepen relationships, grow revenue, and improve client experience. The role includes financial statement review, modeling and analysis, relationship management, business development, and comprehensive training.

Supports High Risk Client Management teams with enhanced due diligence and anti-money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessments. Responsibilities include investigating high-risk clients, identifying risk indicators, researching alerts and referrals, preparing written assessments, assigning risk ratings, and determining when further documentation or investigation is required. The role requires strong analytical, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
