Own multiple R&D and sustaining projects from product development through completion. Coordinate software, electrical, mechanical, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while managing scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Senior hands-on finance leader managing day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory, cost accounting, financial close). Drive DSO/DPO improvement, working capital, internal controls, and process automation/AI. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and execs to support margin improvement, forecasting, variance analysis, and scalable finance systems.
