The Loan Originator procures new mortgage applications, assists clients, conducts preliminary reviews, and develops referral relationships to generate new business.

The Collateral Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper documentation for collateral folders for loans, establishing lien perfection, reviewing loan packages, and managing related inquiries within assigned service levels.

Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments), balance a teller drawer, identify potential fraud, refer cross-sell opportunities, assist with branch opening/closing, attend community events, and provide customer service in lobby or drive-up.

Manage daily branch operations including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management. Lead sales performance, coaching, and staff development. Resolve escalated customer issues, perform Personal Banker duties as needed, and drive community presence and business development with small business customers.
