Processes accounts payable and utilities invoices, verifies invoices for duplicate payments, applies correct GL coding, routes approvals, resolves discrepancies, follows internal controls and SOPs, and meets processing accuracy and productivity SLAs. The role also supports payment request compliance, escalates policy exceptions, and assists teammates during absences.

Prepare premium finance quotes and loan agreements for assigned insurance agents, approve financing up to $750,000, handle inbound calls and emails, deliver strong customer service, and monitor portfolio volume to manage risk, profitability, and growth.

Support development, implementation, and management of commercial digital banking products. Assist product managers with requirements, release planning, UX testing, system conversions, onboarding, training, incident resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Manage and construct client investment portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Meet with partners and clients to align strategies with objectives, execute trades via OMS, rebalance portfolios, generate performance reporting, participate in research and allocation committees, and ensure compliance with firm investment policies and fiduciary standards.
