Develop and lead defensive cyberspace planning and execution for DoD, using Joint Planning processes and JIPOE inputs. Author CONOPS and operational plans, coordinate stakeholders, support crisis and deliberate planning, conduct assessments, and brief SES and General/Flag Officer leadership.
