Design, implement, and maintain RHEL 9 infrastructure and automation using Ansible/AAP, Terraform, and Packer. Lead cybersecurity engineering for mission systems: design, implement, and maintain security controls and tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls); support incident response, RMF/ATO activities, vulnerability management, audits, and DevSecOps integration to ensure compliance and secure configurations.

The Firewall Engineer will develop and implement security solutions, provide Tier 3 support, assess firewalls, and interact with clients for network security improvements.

Lead vulnerability remediation and system hardening in a Windows environment, collaborating with INFOSEC. Manage Group Policy, compliance activities, and Windows updates while supporting system accreditation efforts.

Provide system administration and troubleshooting for complex, geographically distributed and air-gapped environments. Maintain servers, AD, virtualization, patching, vulnerability management, backups, security controls, documentation, and user/support communication. Support system engineering requests, perform cert renewals, and optimize application performance.

Lead and support defensive cyberspace planning and execution for DCDC using Joint Planning Process and JP doctrine. Develop CONOPS, OPLANS, and mission-type orders; integrate JIPOE inputs, coordinate across DoD stakeholders, run operational planning teams, brief senior leaders, and assess effectiveness of defensive cyberspace operations.
